How do I join a trip?+
Ask the organizer for an invite link or a join code. In Departy, tap Join a trip and type the code. The trip owner approves your request.
Is Departy free?+
Joining a trip is always free. Planning your own trips is a one-time in-app purchase, with no subscription.
How do I get my purchase back on a new iPhone?+
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Settings in Departy and tap Restore purchase.
Where is my data stored?+
In iCloud. A trip is saved in its owner's iCloud and shared only with the people on it. We can't see it.
Why does Departy need iCloud?+
Trips are stored and synced with iCloud. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud in your iPhone's Settings.
Who can see my passport details?+
Only you, unless you turn on sharing for a trip. Then only that trip's owner and organizers can see them.
How do I delete my account?+
In Departy, open Settings and tap Delete my account. Trips you created are deleted for everyone on them.
